Orthomosaic Mapping
High-resolution, georeferenced orthomosaics delivered as GeoTIFF — drop-in for QGIS, ArcGIS, or any GIS workflow.
FAA Part 107 flights out of North Park, Colorado. Listing photos from $100 — or orthomosaics, 3D models, and thermal inspection reports that drop straight into your GIS, CAD, or BIM workflow.
Every job ends in a file you can actually use — GeoTIFF, LAS, OBJ, or a clean PDF report. No proprietary lock-in.
High-resolution, georeferenced orthomosaics delivered as GeoTIFF — drop-in for QGIS, ArcGIS, or any GIS workflow.
Radiometric thermal mosaics for roof moisture, solar array faults, and equipment hot-spots — with a flagged-anomaly report.
Photogrammetry into dense point clouds and textured meshes for sites, structures, and stockpiles — LAS, OBJ, and DSM/DTM.
Repeatable flights for construction progress, land-use evidence, and volumetrics — same flight path, every visit, for true comparisons.
Close-range optical and thermal inspection for roofs, towers, and infrastructure — without the ladders, lifts, or rope teams.
Rapid aerial mapping for field operations and search support — paired with our offline mapping and mesh-radio tooling when signal is gone.
Listing photography and site mapping are the two things people ask for most, so here's what they cost. Inspection, thermal, and recurring monitoring work is scoped per site.
Five aerial photos of the property. That's it. We're twenty minutes down the road, so there's no travel to charge you and no reason to make it complicated — text us the address and you'll have the photos tomorrow morning.
Standard houses and lots in Walden and Jackson County. Ranches, acreage, and out-of-area properties are priced below — there's more work in those and we won't pretend otherwise.
Five to seven edited aerial stills of the property. We're on site about thirty minutes, and the photos are in your inbox the next morning. No production, no fuss — just good aerials of the place, cheap enough to put on every listing you take.

We're turning the flying and the software side of the studio into productized aerial offerings — processed datasets, recurring monitoring, and self-serve map products built on the same GIS and app tooling behind MeshTrail. This is where the drone work and the software work meet.
