Not a toy: an 8-pad sampler and 16-step sequencer, a playable 6-instrument synth with scale-lock, type-to-speech vocals, a mixing console with reverb & delay, song mode with audio export, and 50+ retro sounds. The only offline AI app that's also a beat machine.

Offline Wikipedia
A bundled, full-text-searchable snapshot of ~1,800 articles. The AI even cites it — referenced articles appear as tappable chips beneath replies. No signal required.

Notes & checklists
Capture ideas, then "Ask NEON" to summarise, expand, or turn a note into a checklist. An interactive home-screen widget lets you tick items off without opening the app.

Recording studio
Record voice memos with a live waveform, transcribe them on device, trim and rename, then get an AI summary — or drop a clip straight onto a sampler pad.

On-device dictation that never touches the cloud, plus read-aloud with neural voices. Type words into NEON Voice and turn them into vocal stabs for your track.

"Hey Siri, ask Neon Synthetics…" and "New Neon note" via App Intents, plus Spotlight integration — the studio reaches out to the rest of iOS without reaching out to the internet.
