Common questions
Does Neon Synthetics need the internet or an account?
No. There's no sign-up and no login, and the app has no networking code at all — it runs 100% offline, even in Airplane Mode. The AI model is bundled in the app, so there's nothing to download to start chatting.
What is the Sound Lab?
NEON BEATS is a full offline music studio: an 8-pad sampler and 16-step sequencer, a playable synth with scale-lock, a type-to-speech vocal generator, a mixing console with reverb and delay, a pattern library and song mode, and audio export. You can record, remix, and build full tracks entirely on the device.
What devices are supported?
Neon Synthetics runs the on-device model on the Metal GPU and is built for recent iPhones — an iPhone 15 Pro / A17 Pro or newer (with about 6 GB of RAM) is recommended for the language model.
What does NEON PRO unlock, and how do I restore it?
Neon Synthetics is free with a one-time NEON PRO purchase that unlocks the Sample Vault, NEON Voice & Lyric Lab, mixer & FX, song mode, pattern library, export, and the visualizer. To restore it on a new device, open the Control Panel and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID.
Is my data really private?
Yes. There are no servers, no analytics, and no tracking — the App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected.” Everything stays on your phone.
How do I report a bug?
Email us with a short description of what happened, your device model, and your iOS version. Screenshots always help.
